The swimming pool was often overcrowded with children, and the unit's heating was excessively high, making for a rather uncomfortable stay.

Unfortunately, the property felt dated, with issues like dusty corners and cutlery that needed washing before use. Noise from adjacent room traffic, especially in lower floors, made it hard to relax, and a lack of proper ski boot warmers in the lockers was a notable drawback. a big inconvenience arose when our section lost cold water for nearly 24 hours, with no measures in place for alternative access to showers or toilets.

Oh la la! The French toasts for breakfast were a heavenly delight, and I found the local dining spots like La Casa de l'Ours and Le Grizzli absolutely scrumptious! The staff even delivered fresh bread daily, making each morning feel like a treat. Plus, the location on the piste made hitting the slopes super effortless.
Now, let's be real—our room left much to be desired. It felt dusty and dated, with dirty dishes left for us to find. No hot water for nearly 24 hours was a real bummer, and the noise from ski boots above us was a bit too much. Talk about a mixed bag of comfort!

fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
I absolutely loved the ski-in, ski-out access that made hitting the slopes effortless right from my front door! The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with all essential kitchen utensils, making me feel right at home. Plus, the daily bread delivery service was a delightful touch that truly enhanced my breakfast experience!

The location is amazing, right next to the slopes and easy access to restaurants away from the crowded areas. The one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and clean facilities, perfect for a small family. space felt cramped, particularly for four people. The staff were helpful during our stay, but we encountered issues with heating, and the pool was often too busy for a relaxing swim. Sourdough bread was a welcome breakfast treat, adding a nice touch to our mornings.

Awesome ski-in/ski-out spot!
Just spent 7 nights here and it was epic! The slopes are right outside, super easy to get into the action. We ordered fresh bread each morning – deluxe! Wi-Fi was solid too, but wish the TV had more options in English. a very comfy stay, just a bit steep on the cleaning fees.

the location is just perfect, right on the slopes and very close to restaurants without the crowds. the one-bedroom apartment was super comfy and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking really easy. loved that we ordered fresh baguettes in the morning – such a nice touch! also, the staff at the reception were really nice and helpful. the underground parking was a major plus too!
the sofa bed was super uncomfortable and we had to clean the bathroom when we arrived, which was kinda annoying.
